THE ART OF NINE

Let the cards unfold.

Choose Player, Banker or Tie, then your free points and Deal. Player and Banker are two computer-dealt hands. There is no other player or live dealer to wait for. The hand closest to nine wins; equal totals are a tie.

Aces are worth one, 2–9 their face value, and tens and picture cards zero. Keep only the last digit of the total: 7 + 8 is five. Each hand uses a fresh, independently shuffled set of eight standard decks (416 cards). Cards are drawn without replacement within that hand.

Cards go to Player, Banker, Player, Banker. If either opening total is eight or nine, both hands stand. Otherwise Player draws on 0–5 and stands on 6–7. If Player stands, Banker draws on 0–5 and stands on 6–7. If Player draws, Banker's third card follows the table below. You do not choose additional cards.

What comes back

Your choiceWinning total return
Player2 × your points
Banker1.95 × your points
Tie9 × your points

Returns include your original points. Banker wins deduct a 5% commission from the profit, already included in the 1.95× return. With 20 points, Player returns 40 (net +20), Banker returns 39 (net +19), and Tie returns 180 (net +160). Other losses return zero. When the cards tie, Player and Banker choices return their original points.

With this eight-deck drawing method, card outcomes are approximately 44.62% Player, 45.86% Banker and 9.52% Tie. These describe card outcomes, not a promise about your next hand. Your choice does not change the shuffled cards.
